Mt. Shata: Castle Crag
We drove up north to check out Castle Crags, it’s near Dunsmuir, which is a tiny town known for trout fishing and being in the shadow of Mt. Shasta.

The views were breath-taking but I am terrified of heights, more specifically falling from great heights so I didn’t go all the way to the top of the dome. It required using hand and foot holds to scurry up and I am so not down with that.
